Hotmart is a platform for digital products. With it, you can sell products such as ebooks, video lessons, software, online courses, for example, and also become affiliated to them, helping in the promotion and earning commissions for it, or buy something you want easily, fastly and safely. Hotmart started operating in 2011 and it has been the market leader in the segment since then. Currently, we are expanding our business globally and, after opening offices in Madrid and Paris, we are preparing to start operations in many other countries, allowing more people, all over the world, to do what they love for a living.
- Manage a high performance customer base;
- Data analysis of customer performance in order to identify opportunities (conversion, approval, product launching and other strategies) and reduce level of elements that could have a negative impact on business (chargeback, refund, complaints).
- Maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Must have experience in the comercial department and customer success;
- Proved experience in managing a customer base of digital field;
- Ability to analyse customer data;
- Fluency in English and Spanish;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, in order to create graphics and presentations.
- Knowledge in a third language.
